The Clubhouse
As part of our amenities, we have a clubhouse available that has a full-service kitchen, bathroom, large room with fireplace, and smaller multi purpose room. Upstairs opens to wrap around porch with covered tables and chairs. Overlooking the pool and other amenities. Downstairs has a small kitchenette and restroom. It is accessible to those using the pool and play areas. Reservation request made through homeowner portal.
Tennis/Pickleball
There are two lighted tennis courts available for homeowners and their guests - whether just learning or a competitive match. The court is striped for Tennis and Pickleball
The Pool
The pool is a favorite meeting place of both children and adults during the summer months. There are plenty of loungers for sun and tables with umbrellas for shade. And, when combined with the lower clubhouse grill it makes for a great summer party place.
Social Activities
Several events are planned each year to bring homeowners and their families together at the clubhouse. Standard gatherings include an Easter Egg hunt, Children’s Halloween Party with hayride, the November Homeowners Annual Meeting, and the Christmas Party.
Play Area
The fort just behind the clubhouse is a fun playground area for young children to climb, slide, and swing. Adjacent to the fort is a basketball half-court and bridge leading to a small walking trail.
