Clubhouse

As part of our amenities, we have a clubhouse available that has a full-service kitchen, powder room, one large room with a large stone fireplace, and one small room upstairs. Downstairs is another room, refrigerator, and a men’s and women’s restroom.

Pool

The pool is a favorite meeting place of both children and adults during the summer months. There are plenty of loungers for sun and tables with umbrellas for shade. And, when combined with the lower clubhouse grill it makes for a great summer party place. An adult (18 or older) must accompany anyone under the age of 14.

Tennis

There are two lighted tennis courts available for homeowners and their guests - whether just learning or a competitive match. 

Play Area

The fort just behind the clubhouse is a fun playground area for young children to climb, slide, and swing. Adjacent to the fort is a basketball half-court for the older athlete who likes to jump, dribble and shoot the hoop.

Social

Several events are planned each year to bring homeowners and their families together at the clubhouse. Standard gatherings include an annual wine tasting, the fall Oktoberfest and Children’s Halloween Party, the November Homeowners Annual Meeting, and the Christmas Party. There is a Ladies Luncheon group that meets quarterly to try out the latest cuisine in the greater Cobb County area.
